Lesley, Office Manager

 Lesley, Office Manager

A Grand Prairie native, Lesley started in the dental field as a front desk team member and quickly learned back office tasks. She then moved up to be an assistant manager before earning her current position. With a decade of experience and counting, she loves easing people’s nerves about their appointments and providing great customer service. Helping them relax about the financial side of things is also rewarding, as she enjoys walking them through their options for making their treatment affordable.

At home, Lesley spends much of her time with her family and loved ones. She also enjoys traveling, going on cruises (she’s been on 14-15 cruises in the past 7 years), and visiting the beach. Her daily hobbies include weight lifting, Pilates, and watching Cowboys and Rangers games. One fun fact about her is that she participated in Summer Shredding in 2023 and placed 5th place in a weight loss transformation competition, where she lost a total of 100lbs in less than 3 years!

Lesli, Registered Dental Assistant

Lesli, Registered Dental Assistant

Lesli lives in Arlington and has been part of the dental world for over half a decade. Her favorite part of her job is getting to meet so many new patients from different backgrounds, and being able to connect with them over a common interest: dentistry. She enjoys being able to build new connections and create relationships, making her work feel less like a job. She graduated from Concorde Career College in Grand Prairie, and she’s currently attending Tarrant County College for her prerequisites to get into dental hygiene school.

Outside of the dental office, Leslie likes being with her family and her three children, who mean the world to her. She enjoys going to the gym, hiking, spending time with friends, and trying new places to eat. One interesting fact about her is that she at first had no interest in joining the dental field, and now she can’t wait to further her skills so that she can educate others on how to take care of their smiles!
